Cake Cookies -- have you ever heard of such a thing? I know you can do it with any cake mix, but all I had was yellow, so here it is -- and they look so springy with the sprinkles! 1 box of cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes
And they taste delicious!!! I said I was going to be creative today -- this was so fast, I have time to go do some more stuff --- since it's a rainy day kind of day! Enjoy the cookies!!!
The Reds and I used to make these all the time. We have progressed to making yeast dough now, though.
